For domestic deliveries (Germany), you have the following payment options:

  • Prepayment by bank transfer
  • Payment by credit card

  • Payment by installment purchase (via PayPal or Klarna)
  • Payment by Klarna invoice

  • Payment by Klarna Pay Later (purchase on account)
  • Payment by Klarna Slice It (installment payment)
  • Payment by Giropay

The invoice amount is to be settled within 14 days for payment on account.
For payment by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.

For the payment methods bank transfer, payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. After receipt of the purchase price, the items will be delivered to the customer.

If you pay via PayPal by credit card or direct debit, your account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.

For payment via Amazon Payment, your payment data stored on Amazon.de will be used without you having to enter it again. Your account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract. Payment data will not be passed on from Amazon.de to us.


For deliveries abroad, you have the following payment options:

What is the process for applying for installment payment?
If you have selected installment payment as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal after placing your order. There, you can choose the appropriate term for your installment payment according to your needs. You only need to provide your bank details and date of birth. Address data will be taken from the information provided at ZMC in the checkout area (billing/delivery address).

What term is available for installment payment?
You can choose between a term of 6, 12, 18, or 24 months.

What is the effective annual interest rate?
14.99%

Do I need a PayPal account for payment?
No, you do not need a PayPal account.

Which items can you order?
All items with a registered delivery date (excluding vouchers and download products).

When will you know if installment payment powered by PayPal is approved?
You will know within a few seconds if your installment payment application is approved by PayPal.

How will the goods be shipped?
Shipping will take place as soon as we have confirmed the approval of the installment payment and provided that all items are available.

What to consider when picking up in our shop
Only the borrower is authorized to pick up the order in our shops. For identification, please present a valid ID document.

What is the minimum order value?
For installment payment, the order value must be at least €100.

Is there a maximum order value?
Yes, the maximum order value is 5,000 Euros.

Delivery address different from billing address
For payment by installment powered by PayPal, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address after the order has been placed. Delivery to a packing station is possible.

Which currencies are accepted?
Only € (Euro) is accepted as currency.
